TORQUAY TOUR

What a fab weekend we had in Torquay, we arrived at lunchtime ready to bowl our first match at 2pm. We all had great games but not all of us winning, but as they say it’s the taking part that counts.

We met in the dining room for our evening meal which was served buffet style and was superb. We then had the option of several bars and a large play area with pool and snooker and other games.

Saturday was a busy day starting off with a brilliant breakfast with so much choice of fruit, cereal, juices and cooked English breakfast. We had two matches and then after another lovely evening meal we had a crib and natter evening.

Sunday was our last game ending with a little presentation to the top scoring team and a booby prize for the lowest scoring team. I love rock so it was good being in the losing team.
